I’ve worked in sales for the past 13 years and built the outbound SDR GTM motion across multiple orgs ranging in employee size from 1 to 1,000+, regionally and globally. Leading an SDR team has been humbling and rewarding. Having meaningful, growth-driven (personal & professional) 1-1s are the highlights of my week. Leading leaders is an entirely different skill that requires another level of polishing, strategic guidance, and a solid support system. I’ve successfully restructured incentive plans to align with GTM growth, coached leaders on how to navigate internally to retain top talent, and helped negotiate competitive compensation plans for global teams.
